Doug Denny
Comments
Denny, Douglas M. Douglas Marvin Denny passed away at the age of 69 on September 29, 2018. Doug was a beloved husband, son, brother, father, uncle, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. He is survived by wife, Peggy; sons, Tony (Jennifer) and Adam (Stacy); brother, David; sister, Linda; 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Doug will be dearly missed and remembered by all for his larger than life personality, his unbridled benevolence, and most of all, for his trademark sense of humor. He was the man with a thousand jokes, one tailored for every occasion. There will be a memorial service in his honor on Friday, October 5, 2018 at Hidden Haven Golf Course, 20520 NE Polk St. in East Bethel, MN. Visitation will begin at 12 Noon with the service at 1:00 PM. A celebration of life will follow later that evening.

Doug's last entry on Website Messages:
Peggy and I have been married for over 38 years, with 2 grown boys, Tony and Adam and 5 wonderful grandkids!!! They range from 9 to 17 years old with the oldest getting ready to graduate in June of 2008. Time really flies , doesn't it?
We own a small remodeling , room additions, and new construction company; Allegro Building and Design, Inc.; and believe it or not we actually work together.
We live in Andover, which seems like the country when you drive into cities like Brooklyn Park, Crystal, and Robbinsdale.
Doug's hobbies are Golf, Hunting and fishing, and Peggy's are canning, knitting, sewing, and most of all Spoiling all of the grandkids.
We are really looking forward to the reunion on Friday and Saturday to see everyone again and see what's new since the last reunion.
