HARLEM, Ga. - Cynthia Ann Shotwell, 66, entered into rest on Monday, September 21, 2015, at her residence. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, September 26, 2015, at Starling-Evans Funeral Home with the Rev. Polly Davis officiating. Mrs. Shotwell was born in Washington, DC to the late Robert and Helen Kisch. She was a Registered Nurse and a volunteer at Attic Treasures in Harlem. Cynthia was a member of Harlem United Methodist Church, where she was a special Flutist with the Choir and was a member of the Dave Sargent Sunday School Class. She also led a Bible Study in her home. Survivors include her two sons, Andrew Shotwell (TeVea), Colorado Springs, CO and Jeremy Shotwell (Kathryn), of Atlanta, GA; two brothers, Robert Kisch and Steve Kisch; two sisters, Laurie Adkins and Suzie Osterhus.
